A writer spends a lot of their time writing or thinking about writing. Then there is the editing, promotion, and million other little details that go into creating a book and getting it ready for publication.
So how do I relax?
The most obvious answer is that I read. I love reading.
When I’m not reading, I love to go to the bookstore and search for new books.
I also love to go to thrift stores. There are so many treasures in clothes, books, household items, and jewelry just waiting to be found.
I also have a weakness for crystals and rocks. Of course, I always need a new one. I have them scattered all over my home.
I love to go for a walk. My favorite place to walk is the beach, but I don’t get there nearly as often as I’d like.
And once I’ve done all that, it’s time to get back to work on my next book.
And here’s the latest one I’ve written.
