It wouldn’t be a vacation in my family without a flat tire, traffic violations, scooter-caused injuries, sprinting through airports, near-muggings in Naples, getting lost in Venetian alleyways, and only a few hangovers. The most important thing, though, is that we survived Milan, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Rome together…in a rental car.
Thanks to copious amounts of wine, #Italy2017 was an epic adventure.
