We talked to a couple of our authors about their fictional heroes in the armed forces.

What is it about men in uniform that make them so much hotter than other heroes?

Cole Gibsen: When it comes to men in uniform, I think what makes them so sexy is the integrity and courage they have. These are men who run straight into danger without a second thought, not because it’s their job, but because it’s the right thing to do.

Ophelia London: Ohhh! Love men in uniform! What comes to mind for me is bravery, strength and sacrifice. These guys are laying their lives on the line to protect us. I think that’s severely hot!

What kinds of uniforms have you had to wear?

Cole: I was a girl scout and a waitress. Does that count?

Ophelia: I used to work at Hot Dog on a Stick, so I was stuck wearing tiny red short-short, a skin tight cotton tank top with broad stripes, a tall had with stripes and earrings that looked to slices of lemon. I was seventeen and made more money at the mall than any of my friends!
