I’m hooked on this sugar-free, fat-free, appetite-control peach smoothie! I’ve had 2 a day, and it’s helping me recover from my unfortunate holiday food binge. (Hanging my head in shame and kicking the truffle wrappers under the couch.) If you’re always cold like me, hold the cup with an oven mitt and drink the smoothie while sitting in front of a space heater. Enjoy!
Mix in a blender:
1½ cups frozen peach slices
8 raw whole almonds
½ cup frozen raw spinach
1 – 1½ cups milk of your choice (fat free, soy, almond, whatever)
1-2 TBSP honey
Pinch of cinnamon
