Hometown Cooking with Jodi Linton – Entangled In Romance

Hi Folks,

I’m Jodi Linton author of the Deputy Laney Briggs Series, and well I’m not much of baker or a cook so I decided to ask my four year old daughter what she wanted to eat for Christmas…

Her answer: Sweet Snowmen cupcakes.

1 package (about 18 ounces) vanilla cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix
1 container (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
22 standard marshmellows
1 package (7 ounces) flaked coconut
44 large black gumdrops
Mini orange candy-coated chocolate pieces
Mini chocolate chips
Round green gummy candies
Red pull-apart licorice twits

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 22 standard (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups
2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake 18 to 22 minutes.
3. Frost cupcakes, and decorate to look like cute little snowmen.

Then enjoy to your hearts desire.
